As a Ticket Office Representative, you’ll be the go-to source for unforgettable experiences! You will perform a variety of duties that include ticket sales for all properties, internal shows, events, exhibits, and attractions. In this role you are tasked with delivering outstanding guest service, surpassing guest expectations, managing cash transactions, and handling service recovery situations proficiently.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

• Sell tickets, upsell, cross-sell, and process ticket orders and will call for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions at all properties, providing prompt and courteous service to all guests
  
• Use and balance a cash drawer, handling ticket sales with various forms of payment
  
• Answer guest questions with accurate information about property facilities and services
  
• Verify tickets before entry into exhibits and events
  
• Answer multi-line phones using proper etiquette
  

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  
• Six (6) months prior experience with customer service and cash handling
  
• Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
  
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
