We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Cleveland. This role is essential to our operations, contributing to the efficient distribution of our products while maintaining high safety standards.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely shipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper materials handling.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines as per OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or related field.
- Familiarity with order picking and packing processes.
- Certification for forklift operation preferred.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
