Commercial Property Resources (CPR) is a fast-growing vendor-led property services company delivering strategic maintenance, construction, consulting, and vendor management solutions for multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven

Territory Manager to oversee vendor performance, field execution, and client satisfaction within a designated regional portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of facilities management, vendor coordination, and project oversight who thrives in a dynamic, lean, and subcontractor-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:Vendor & Project Oversight


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor activity within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure vendors execute work to CPR�s standards of quality, safety, and timeline compliance.
  • Assist in vendor onboarding, training, and compliance with insurance and licensing requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks, walkthroughs, and punch lists for completed work.
  • Resolve performance issues with vendors quickly and decisively.


Client Relationship Management


  • Act as the regional face of CPR for property managers, asset managers, and client representatives.
  • Provide proactive updates to clients on project progress, timelines, and service delivery.
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay performance insights back to the leadership team.


Operations & Coordination


  • Coordinate field work, timelines, and logistics with vendors, internal ops, and scheduling.
  • Use CPR systems (UpKeep, MaintainX, CPR Dashboard, etc.) to manage work orders and document progress.
  • Work closely with the Estimating and Project Management teams to relay field conditions and scope changes.
  • Support timely execution of scope-based work including janitorial, landscaping, turns, capital projects, and repairs.


Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Track KPIs for vendor response time, quality, completion rate, and cost adherence.
  • Identify territory-level challenges and propose process improvements.
  • Support margin protection by identifying cost overages, misuse of time, or scope creep.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in property services, construction, facility maintenance, or vendor management.
  • Strong familiarity with subcontractor-led project delivery models.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM, project tracking tools, and digital work order platforms.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable driving to multiple job sites; ability to walk properties and inspect work.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Spanish-speaking a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
