Alfred Street Baptist Church seeks a detail-oriented
Temporary Contracts Specialist to provide temporary support for contract administration, compliance, and procurement activities. This role may transition into a broader function supporting the Finance and/or Procurement teams, depending on organizational needs and performance.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in contract management, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Familiarity with nonprofit or church operations is a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
+ 1+ years of experience in contracts, administration, or finance (internships acceptable).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
+ Experience with e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
+ Knowledge of federal, state, or local contracting regulations.
+ Prior internship or work experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal support.
