Temporary Part-Time Bank Operations


Location: Bismarck, ND


Hourly Rate: $22.00


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible days and hours)


The Bank of North Dakota is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to support our Bank Operations team during a year-long system conversion. This temporary, part-time position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in banking operations while contributing to an important transition.


In this role, you will assist with wire transfers by taking customer calls, entering wire information, performing callbacks to verify outgoing wires, and maintaining wire system records. You will also support ACH functions by processing ACH returns and Notifications of Change (NOCs) for respondent banks and verifying the accuracy of each. Additionally, you will assist customers with online banking services through BND Direct by resetting passwords and conducting account research as needed.


Minimum Qualifications


To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
