Language Partners is currently seeking fluent
Telugu-English bilinguals to provide in-person interpreting services across a variety of settings. - Must be fluent in English and Telugu
- If you don�t have formal interpreter training or certification, you must pass a language proficiency assessment
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization (I-9 eligibility)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willing and able to complete a background check and drug screening
- For medical interpreting, must be able to provide vaccination records:
- MMR
- Varicella
- COVID-19
- TB test
- Flu vaccine
- Must be able and willing to attend in-person appointments primarily
- Previous interpreter training or experience is preferred but not required
This is a
1099 independent contractor role. As such, contractors are responsible for fulfilling all compliance requirements (e.g., background checks, vaccinations, etc.).Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
