Alert Medical Alarms is a family-owned and operated company with over 25 years of healthcare industry experience. We are seeking a full-time Technician Installer in the
Santa Fe, NM area for our Medical Alarm Monitoring operations.Technician Installers are responsible for performing in-home/residential PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) installations, service delivery, and retrieval of Alert Medical alarm equipment.
- Delivery, initial setup, and testing of medical alarm units in clients� homes.
- Educate and demonstrate PERS equipment and services to clients and caregivers, ensuring their comfort in its use and testing procedures.
- Communicate a general understanding of the PERS installation agreement to the client and have them sign the appropriate paperwork.
- Follow-up with various MCO and SCE agencies regarding installation.
- Maintain and manage an inventory of equipment distributed by the Operations Manager when delivered to the client�s home.
- Occasional evening and/or weekend appointments may be required for emergency service work orders.
- Attend staff and operation meetings.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions in the area as needed.
- Must be able to be in a vehicle for most of the day.
- Patience and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Familiarity with PERS, dealer portals, and device portals.
- Tech background is preferred.
- $40 per completed installation.
- Mileage reimbursement on long stops. Which will be reviewed at the time of interview.
- Bonus: $250 bonus after completing 20 stops.
