This person will work directly with the Guests of the assigned Housing program as part of a team to provide assistance to housing residents and maintain building access at the front desk. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Housing Program and to ensure residents understand the services and supports being provided; works to provide a safe environment for residents, visitors and other staff. Acts as liaison between Case Manager, Property Management and resident, and notifies Team Coordinator of crisis situations.
+ Completion of Additional Shelter Services Training: customer service, community resources, cultural competency, child and elder abuse, sexual harassment, ethics mental health/substance abuse, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, evacuation procedures, reporting and confidentiality.
