Team Member - Morning Shift

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within our café and quick-service restaurant environment, including taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will enhance their dining experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  
• Take accurate orders and process transactions using the cash register.
  
• Prepare food items according to company standards while ensuring quality and presentation.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
  
• Assist with bussing tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and assist with upselling products.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  

• Previous experience in a retail or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
  
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
  
• Experience in upselling products is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with sanitation practices in food preparation is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
