Team Member/Cashier

We are looking for team Leaders that can assist in all aspects of our business. As we continue to grow, we need to build a team that can maintain a fun working environment while getting the job done! You will deliver a high-quality menu and help motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experiences.

• Comfortable working in a kitchen and willingness to learn.

• Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  
• Optimize profits by controlling cost-of-goods.
  
• Training and developing new employees.
  
• Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.

• Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
  
• Ensure food quality and availability.
  
• Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager/Assistant manager on time.
  

• HS degree or equivalent preferred
  
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  
• Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  
• Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced environment.
  

We are a family owned brand in the Pacific Northwest. We are big enough for brand awareness, yet local enough to not have the negative rigidity of large corporate brands. Don't live in Rathdrum?
