The U.S. Department of State Office of Inspector General (DOS OIG) conducts independent audits, inspections, evaluations, and investigations to promote efficiency, accountability, and integrity across the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for Global Media. KBS is seeking a Task Order Manager to serve as the single point of contact and shall be the liaison between the task order contractor staff and the task order Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Ensuring the deliverables are met.
- Ensuring progress is achieved in a timely manner.
- Resolving all task order performance issues.
- Engaging the Order COR when appropriate.
- Ensuring there is no disruption in the quality of services to the government at any time.
- Ensuring record keeping.
- Providing successful transitions.
- Tracking and aiding the BPA Manager in filling vacant positions.
- Ensuring all the overall task order requirements are met in accordance with the task order statement of work or performance work statement.
- Top Secret Clearance Required
- 5 years of program or contract management experience (preferably with federal clients).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently and possess the managerial and communication skills needed to manage the overall BPA.
