Taproom Manager at Ambler

The Brewery Taproom Manager’s duties involve a variety of activities including, but not limited to planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, marketing, profitability, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, sanitation, consistency, and overall quality of our brand.

This role must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence with a genuine interest in helping our company succeed.

• Develop strategies designed to attract more customers, expand taproom traffic, reduce inefficiencies, and increase profitability.
  
• Assist ownership in developing, maintaining, and evolving the strategic direction of the taproom; effect positive change and improvements.
  
• Maintain all house processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  
• Work with the Marketing team to utilize social media to promote the taproom and its features, as well as events and new beer releases.
