Your Mission


As our Talent Recruiter, you’ll own the recruiting funnel-from sourcing agents to closinghires. You’ll target full-time producers, investor-agents, and team leads who align with our culture, our eXp Realty platform, and our 5-year vision. This is not about high-churn volume. It’s about smart, strategic recruiting that feeds sustainable growth.


What You'll Do:


Sourcing & Outreach


  • Proactively identify qualified agents and team leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, referrals, events, meetups)
  • Promote Candor�s unique value prop: systems, community, investor focus, and expansion vision
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and collateral
  • Screening & Closing
  • Conduct first-round interviews to assess skill, mindset, and fit
  • Coordinate follow-ups with leadership or team leads
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless onboarding handoffs


Tracking & Reporting


  • Maintain recruiting dashboards with KPIs (outreach → hire)
  • Report weekly progress to leadership
  • Refine sourcing strategy based on data and results


What You Bring


  • 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or real estate experience
  • Deep understanding of the real estate/investor landscape
  • Highly persuasive communicator with follow-through
  • Organized, proactive, and aligned with a high-performance culture
  • Familiarity with eXp Realty is a plus, but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
