As a
Support Solutions Specialist, your objective will be to deliver all that is great about Berkley One and to help our agents place and maintain business with us. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting a successful customer solutions team that delivers world class service across multiple channels and are energized about helping others drive market growth within an organization. You'll report to the Customer Experience Team Leader and support distribution management activities throughout the producer lifecycle for all three segments of our business. What you can expect:* Culture of innovation, teamwork, supportive colleagues and leaders willing to invest in talent+ Create and distribute new Agency Contracts to all new agencies via e-signature and advise the Distribution team of progress and completion
+ Ensuring the Enrollment Packet is delivered to all new agency partners and required information is received back and accurately entered into Salesforce
+ Follow workflow for entering all new staff of an existing agencies into Salesforce
+ Delivery of the Schedule E via e-signature
+ Collecting RSVP’s on mass invitations
+ Assist with agency and customer events
+ Broker of Record or Change of Producer process
+ Agency termination
+ Organizing and understanding agency codes
