Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full, coordinating effectively across internal teams, suppliers, and customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP knowledge, excellent planning skills, and a collaborative mindset to continuously improve performance and service levels.

Qualifications


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as an active member of the Customer Facing Team, managing customer orders and delivery timelines independently.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams (production, quality, logistics, finance) and external partners.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts, track sales targets, and support reporting needs.
  • Use SAP, MES, and other designated systems to manage scheduling, materials planning, and workflow coordination.
  • Manage master data and initiate production orders based on capacity and demand planning.
  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials, components, and packaging, including necessary services like repacking.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels and capacity utilization for machines and tools.
  • Lead or participate in projects and change initiatives related to supply chain processes.
  • Prepare reports and conduct analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support audit preparation, customer meetings, complaint management, and return logistics as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales and purchase orders to support invoicing.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field-or equivalent professional training.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficient in SAP, MES systems, Microsoft Office, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and improve processes.
  • Fluent in English (B2) and local language (C2).

  • Advanced skills in customer service, logistics planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, process management, and project coordination.
  • Comfort with multi-departmental collaboration and cross-functional communication.
