As our Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you’ll lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across a growing multi-site operation. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role - based in either our Atlanta or Charlotte office - with direct reports across our manufacturing locations.

We’re looking for a confident, strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll help simplify complex processes, build systems that scale, and drive accountability across the supply chain.

Procurement & Sourcing

Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate cost-effective contracts.

• Manage purchasing of raw materials and components to meet production needs.
  

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations.

• Lead forecasting and planning processes to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  

Logistics & Distribution

Oversee the movement of goods across inbound and outbound channels.

• 
  
• Ensure delivery timelines are met and products arrive damage-free.
  

Warehouse Operations

Partner with warehouse teams to improve layout, flow, and space utilization.

• 
  
• Support safety initiatives and best practices in all storage environments.
  

Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting

Use data to identify gaps, drive improvements, and monitor KPIs.

• Report regularly on supply chain health and performance to leadership.
  

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Troubleshoot disruptions, delays, or quality concerns quickly and effectively.

• Champion lean processes and operational efficiency at every level.
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate across operations, production, sales, and leadership.

• Manage and develop supply chain team members across multiple locations.
  

5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics

Experience working with both domestic and international suppliers

Knowledge of manufacturing environments, preferably in building materials

Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple locations

Strong understanding of ERP systems, forecasting, and reporting tools

Skilled communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings
