We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Industrialization Engineer with a strong focus on chemicals and advanced materials. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling the manufacturing processes for key battery raw materials such as chemical blends, made-to-spec powders, custom electrodes, coatings, and more. Your primary objective will be to ensure our suppliers can consistently produce materials that meet our stringent specifications, focusing heavily on process engineering excellence, robust quality control, and efficient industrialization.
You will act as a bridge between our internal R&D/design teams and external battery materials suppliers, translating material specifications into actionable manufacturing and inspection processes. A deep understanding of battery raw materials manufacturing, process development, and analytical inspection methodologies is paramount to success in this position.
