As the Supervisor Outbound, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a team of Outbound Vacation advisors. Increase package sales production through monitoring, side by side coaching, product knowledge coaching and development. Create and maintain a positive, productive and engaging team culture. Maintain VPG levels through ensuring quality sales process enhancements. Track team production, attendance and schedule adherence. Uphold and implement practices, policies, and ethical standards. Able to work weekdays and weekend as scheduled.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 1 plus year�s of call center experience
- 1 plus year�s in leadership
- Ability to lead groups and individuals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Microsoft 365 skills
