Anderson Granite Shop is looking for reliable, hardworking, and devoted individual(s) who have experience in fabricating and installing natural and engineered stones. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Construction experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain stone fabrication equipment, including saws, routers, grinders, and polishers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, templates, and other technical drawings.
- Accurately measure and cut stone materials to precise specifications.
- Perform various finishing techniques, such as edging, polishing, and honing.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all fabricated pieces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as a Stone Fabricator (minimum 1-2 Years).
- Strong understanding of stone fabrication techniques and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in operating various stone fabrication tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
-Must pay close attention to detail and troubleshoot technical problems that arise.
-Basic knowledge of stones being installed including characteristics of natural stones and engineered products.
-CNC machine cutting and polishing knowledge is a MUST.
