Operate machines and material handling equipment. Regular pressroom operations.

• Installs specified dies in specified presses, adjusts shut height of the press, and sets feed or installs gears to synchronize action of feed bar or pinch rollers with feed.
  

• Repairs, adjusts presses, and dies according to standard prints and specifications. Positions and secures feed guides. Moves and adjusts machine controls as needed. Adds lubricant to machine reservoir.
  

• Threads metal strip from reels through feeds and die sets to operates/repair machines that form, stamp, and cut metal foil used in fabricating metal snap part/components. Starts machines, loads raw material, and observes operation
  

• Inspects and measures products and machined tools to verify conformance to specifications. Uses standard measuring tools. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints using computers.
  

• Operates a forklift.
  

• Will assist in general stamping and quality issues.
  

• Regular and predicable attendance is required.
  

• Performs all other job related duties deemed necessary by management.
