Amazon Canada (CA) is searching for a seasoned and forward-thinking Sr. Product Manager to join our Cross-border Products team, which focuses on maximizing selection available through cross-border fulfillment channels, improving in-stock levels and delivery speed, and reducing cost-to-serve. In this pivotal role, you'll co-lead the CA NARF product, a strategic initiative that empowers US-based sellers to leverage FBA inventory to directly fulfill orders for Canadian customers. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a visionary roadmap to enhance inventory placement, cross-border transfers, and the overall seller experience. Ultimately, your goal is to drive efficiency, selection, speed, and cost reduction within the NARF channel. To accomplish this, you will work with executive leaders and stakeholders across global supply chain, transportation, operations, retail, compliance, and global product and tech.
You will manage the CA NARF product/program by developing and executing a roadmap. Your goal is to drive selection, speed, and cost reduction in this channel. You will own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and execution together with governance structure to ensure success. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains to unlock opportunities and course-correct as required. You will need to be comfortable interfacing and influencing across a variety of functional teams, and with individuals at senior levels. As this is a highly visible and impactful position, you must have the experience and capability to prepare high-quality documentation for senior executives. Excellent written, verbal communication and data analytical skills are a necessity.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
