Senior Mechanical Engineer

Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop comprehensive mechanical design packages in alignment with approved project scopes.
  • Design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across all phases of project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and constructability.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for design, field, or performance-related issues.
  • Perform quality control (QC) reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Analyze existing systems to identify and recommend improvements in efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and testing as required.
  • Prepare technical documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal QA/QC procedures.


What You Bring


  • Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Carrier HAP is highly preferred.
  • Experience in system failure analysis and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proficient with SolidWorks and familiar with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical testing procedures and lifecycle documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
