Ready to move beyond the existing system of siloed services and the behavioral approach to care and into a career with an extraordinary mission and purpose? We are looking for a passionate speech language pathologist who is not afraid to think outside the box.

Go Therapy is co-owned by two neurodivergent women who understand the significance of comprehensive care. We established GO Therapy with a mission to create a collaborative team that offers physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech-language pathology (SLP), and mental health services in a neurodiversity-affirming environment.

In addition to our holistic care model, we emphasize a developmental, child-led, and play-based approach, leveraging a child's strengths to foster growth.

Are you looking for a job where you get paid to play all day? What is your favorite play? Whether it’s Barbies, Legos, or Uno, you’ll fit right in at GO. The work we do is important and difficult at times, but there is no better reward than watching children grow and learn through play. The children and families think of GO more as a home than a clinic. So, if you are looking for a career that will challenge you yet fill your bucket daily, look no further.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is kind, caring, and compassionate; please leave your judgment at the door.
  • Is perpetually curious and has a deep love for learning.
  • Is ready to be a leader in neuro-affirming practices.
  • Will challenge the status quo behavioral†approach.

At GO Therapy, we’re big believers that work should be

fun and meaningful. Our team is made up of curious minds, bold personalities, and people who genuinely care about what they do. No micromanaging here - just endless opportunities to grow, experiment, and change the game. We encourage clinicians to bring their personal hobbies and interests to work and share the joy with the team and patients. You’ll have creative freedom, resources to push your ideas from concept to reality, and an environment that thrives on collaboration. Plus, we offer monthly team-building activities, professional strengths assessment, daily mentorship, and collaboration.

  • Flexible work hours
  • 4-day work week (M-TH) with flexible documentation time
  • Benefits start at 32 hours/week
  • Clinicians working 40 hours/week can expect 28 patient contact hours/week
  • Flexible Health Savings Account
  • Up to a 3% IRA match
  • Paid continuing education (according to our Leadership Levels)
  • Paid dues and licensure
  • We invest in your growth: training, development, and mentorship.
  • Team-building activities
  • An environment where you can actually be yourself - no corporate suits here.
  • Professional strengths facilitation

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and overall function.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment processes and adaptive techniques.
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

  • Valid speech language pathology license from MN DOH or temporary license
  • Strong patient care and assessment skills
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Familiarity with working with diverse populations

The need for services in our area is growing rapidly. Are you ready to begin a career that will positively impact the children and families in your community? If neurodiversity-affirming and a developmental model of care are passion areas, please send us your resume and cover letter. Now that you know our “why,†we’d love to hear yours!
