The preferred candidate would be located in Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA for this hybrid role. The position could be open to remote depending on location. This role will be responsible for managing the Workday system configuration for talent, performance, skills, onboarding and reporting. Position requires strong technical skills, consultation skills and experience with system configuration. As a Specialist, you'll provide consultation and ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of Workday, our human capital management system. We'll count on you to consult and administer functional area solutions, including configuration, testing, prioritization, analysis and problem resolution, while building and sustaining strategic partnerships.
