Overview:
With 30,000 square feet of lavish space, Spa Monarch offers exquisite treatments from around the world and a wide range of spa amenities including three co-ed lounges, 8 luxurious treatment rooms, an exceptionally-equipped Cardio Fitness Center, year-round indoor whirlpools and atrium pool, along with an outdoor pool and whirlpool.
Responsibilities:
The Spa Supervisor will seamlessly assist the Spa team in:
- Overseeing the daily operations for the spa, pool, and fitness center.
- Trains, coaches and and evaluates staff.
- Oversees the maintenance of the spa, including overall cleanliness.
- Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials, and other services provided at the spa
- Assists with retail and professional product orders.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years prior experience serving in a spa/salon facility. Preferably experience in high-end spa/salon.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Offer a top-knotch guest service to all Spa Monarch guests and work closely with the staff.
- Must be able to step in as a Manager on Duty when needed.
