Our True REST Float Spa Consultants and Assistants support the spirit of our entire brand. They are the front face to the introduction of Flotation Therapy and the foot soldiers for sharing the love of what we do.

Our Float Spa Consultants and Assistants will become highly trained and develop as an expert in their field. We are looking for champions and super stars to grow this industry. Here we focus on physical & mental wellness for ourselves and the clients we care for.

Our staff exhibits exceptional service in all areas of the spa and for our clients. They are detail oriented and skilled at maintaining strict cleanliness standards.

• Opening & Closing the Spa
  
• Completing shift checklist and sales tracking logs
  
• Greeting clients, Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  
• Capable of handling various cleaning tasks daily, efficiently, while maintaining high standards
  
• Have a working knowledge of different layers of software and note taking
  
• Meet sales goals and maintains a high conversion rate
  
• Be knowledgeable of Specials and Promotions
  

• The spa is open 7 days a week.
  
• We have 2 positions available. The primary position is the Float Consulting Position and the secondary position is the Spa Assistant Position. At times this may be a dual position.
  
• Float Consultants day time position will Open the Spa and operate mostly from the front desk. This position is considered a sales position. The evening Consultant will close the spa and operate mostly from the front desk. This position is 8-4 or 330-11.
  
• Spa Assistants will assist in all things spa related per guidance from the Float Consultant. This position will be responsible for the client ‘flow� and all duties related to cleaning and spa upkeep. This position is 10-330 or 330-930. This position will be based on capacity and may vary at times.
  
• We respect every employee's scheduling request. We always strive to do our best in accommodating everyone's schedule.
  
• Weekend and evening shifts remain in high work demand, leaving little availability for Day Shifts, Monday through Friday.
  
• Please keep in mind Shifts are based upon Performance and Seniority and completion of training milestones.
  

• Base pay is typically $14 per hour.
  
• Base pay once fully trained includes sales commissions & gratuity.
  
• With sales achievement earned pay averages between $15-$21.
  

• Must have a high school diploma or GE.
  
• Previous experience in spa or health and wellness (preferred).
  
• Previous experience in Experience in Customer service).
  

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to problem solve and deescalate and calm under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in the use of computers and software applications.
  
• Attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning and maintenance.
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  
• Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation.
  

• Be an active listener by demonstrating understanding and acknowledgement of clients' needs and concerns.
  
• Conduct yourself morally and ethically. Abiding by Brand Standards and the code of ethics provided by the Employee Handbook.
  
• Excellent communication skills. Communication with peers, management and clients should be clear and concise.
  
• Teamwork is vital to our small business. Fostering emotional intelligence in a delicate environment is imperative.
  
• Sales motivated. We are membership based and require that our staff share the love of Float Therapy and Float regularly.
