Sensory Sentiments is seeking a professional, talented, and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The Esthetician plays a vital role in delivering top-tier skincare services, creating a relaxing environment, and enhancing our guests' experience. This position requires clear communication and strong skills when assessing client skincare needs, and recommending appropriate treatments, to deliver a customized experience in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide professional esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, and other skin-related treatments according to company protocols and client needs.
  
• Conduct skin analysis for clients to recommend customized skincare routines and treatments.
  
• Perform in-depth consultations to determine the best course of action for each client�s unique skin type and concerns.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all equipment, linens, massage rooms and common spaces in the spa are sanitized and well-organized.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cutting-edge techniques to ensure the highest level of service.
  
• Educate clients on skincare maintenance, product recommendations, and proper at-home skincare routines.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude while building strong client relationships.
  
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines in accordance with health regulations.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to refine your skills and knowledge.
  

• Valid Esthetician license in Maryland.
  
• Proven experience as an esthetician, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
  
• Knowledge of various skin care techniques, products, and services.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their skin health goals.
  

• Certification in advanced skin treatments (e.g., HydraFacial, dermaplane, chemical peels).
  
• Experience with luxury or high-end wellness brands.
  
• Familiarity with various facial equipment and technology.
