- Install solar panels on ground mount solar systems following project specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for fixture installation.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site to promote safety and efficiency.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading to interpret installation plans accurately.
- Familiarity with fixture installation techniques in various environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices related to solar technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
