Experience with Social Work or Human Related Services is required. This position is 24 hours weekly. The Social Services assistant reports to Social Services Director, with oversight by the Nursing Home Administrator.:

Your primary responsibility is to coordinate Social Services within our long-term care neighborhood. This includes but is not limited to promoting and enhancing relationships between residents, their families and the support systems and resources inside or outside the community.:

A degree in Social Work or Human Services related field is helpful but not required. You also must be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents that are living with mental health, alcohol/drug addiction, post-traumatic injuries, physical disabilities, and dementia.:

The target compensation for this role is $18.00-$24.00/hour and will reflect the selected candidate's experience, skills, and education.
