Social Media Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

Team Zingales Realty, an innovative real estate brokerage based in Methuen, MA, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
  
• In-office only (Methuen, MA)
  
• Fixed weekly schedule, determined collaboratively between the company and the new hire
  

• $18 - $25 per hour
  
• Based on experience and skill set
  

• Manage daily content and engagement on:
  
• Instagram
  
• Facebook
  
• LinkedIn
  
• Google Business
  
• YouTube
  
• Create graphics, videos, reels, and written captions using Canva and other tools
  
• Post and schedule content using Meta Business Suite (or preferred platforms)
  
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages
  
• Occasionally attend office events or open houses to capture content
  
• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging and branding
  
• Track social media performance and offer creative strategies to grow our platforms

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
  
• Proficiency in Canva and Meta Business Suite (or willingness to learn)
  
• Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and tone
  
• Basic video editing experience (for reels or short-form content)
  
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
  
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging online and in person
  
• Real estate experience is not required - we�ll teach you what you need to know!
  

• Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, Later, Buffer, or similar
  
• Photography or content creation portfolio
  

• Maintain consistent posting (4-5 posts/week)
  
• Increase engagement and follower growth monthly
  
• Respond to all DMs and comments within 24 hours
  
• Create at least 2-3 reels/month reaching over 1,000 views
  
• Collaborate on a monthly content calendar
