Purpose of Position - Supports the Social Enterprise Department programming, including the creation and management of artistic sales platforms, practices, and order fulfillment. Serves as a point of contact for stakeholders on online stores, in-person sales events, and internal departments. Provides ongoing assistance with Off Script Ensemble, Imagine!’s theater troupe through supervision, class facilitation, and volunteer management. Essential Duties/Responsibilities


Leads all aspects of the art entrepreneurship program* Completes digital conversion of artwork into computer system.

  • Tracks artist work on a yearly agreement system.
  • Completes documentation for art-related programs within Social Enterprise.
  • Responsible for the oversight and management of art sales platforms, practices, and in-person sales events in collaboration with other team members.
  • Assists with volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and tracking of hours.


Develops and facilitates activities tailored to art exploration and skill-building.* Organizes and supervises activities in alignment with program goals and Imagine! guidelines.

  • Assists individuals in learning about and using various art materials and mediums, adapting instruction to different skill levels and learning styles.
  • Monitors progress and adapts instruction as needed to ensure continuous improvement.


Acts in accordance with Imagine! policies, mission and service plans.* Communicates effectively with participants, guardians and family members, staff and all other members of the consumers’ treatment team.

  • Represents Social Enterprise in communicating effectively with individuals, guardians and family members, staff and all others on the member identified team.
  • Coordinates as needed with therapists, specialists, Imagine! staff, and others.


Monitors and reports on data to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including Imagine! policies and procedures.* Completes documentation and tracking in a timely, accurate manner.

  • Ensures quality service delivery in line with the individuals� person-centered support plans.
  • Reports all behavioral incidents, medical emergencies, and/or significant changes in medical condition to supervisor and completes all related paperwork in a timely manner

  • Establishes strong mentorship with clients by providing quality support.
  • Provides excellent customer service and support to clients, colleagues, and external partners.


Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:


  • General knowledge of the developmental disabilities system in Colorado.
  • Ability to successfully work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Effective and creative negotiator and problem solver.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with various technologies including word processing software, internet based databases, assistive technology, etc.
  • Possession of a valid driver�s license and ability to meet Imagine! driving requirements.
  • This position requires regular use of a personal mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.
  • This position requires regular use of a personal vehicle with liability insurance that meets Imagine! standards.


Training/Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor�s degree in human services preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to successfully complete Imagine! and job specific trainings.


Experience:


  • Experience with sales platforms, such as Square preferred.
  • Experience with teaching and/or entrepreneurial programs preferred.
  • One year experience working in the field of developmental disabilities required.
  • One year experience with Imagine! preferred.


Working Environment/Physical Activities:


  • Travel by car throughout the Front Range area.
  • Work is performed in a variety of settings including homes, offices, and community sites.
  • Shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations in an unpredictable environment.
  • Sound levels are generally minimal, with occasional periods of louder noise (such as at events).
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds for art displays and events.
  • Regular use of computer keyboard and mouse, requiring repetitive have and wrist movements.
  • Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, twisting and bending are inherent to the job.
