Overview:
Snowcat Operators are responsible for grooming ski runs after lift operation hours and may assist with snowmaking during the early season. Shifts include either (5) 8-hour shifts from 4pm to midnight or (4) 10-hour overnight shifts from midnight to 10am. Previous experience operating heavy equipment is required; grooming experience is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Operate snowcats safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily machine inspections
- Collaborate with the grooming team to prepare slopes for guests
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Shovel snow as needed
- Maintain clean cab and clear windows
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver�s license
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
