Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Snow Removal Route Manager to lead and oversee snow crews during winter storm events. Position: Snow Removal Route Manager
As a Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing snow removal crews, ensuring timely service of assigned properties, and communicating directly with team members and clients during snow events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple snow removal crews and subcontractors on assigned route
Dispatch crews and monitor progress during storm events
Perform quality control checks on properties during and after storms
Ensure all properties are cleared safely and to client specifications
Troubleshoot issues with equipment, crews, or property access
Maintain communication with company leadership and clients
Track time, materials used, and submit post-event reports
Requirements:
2+ years experience in snow removal or grounds management
Prior leadership or route management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be available on-call 24/7 during snow events (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Valid drivers license required (CDL a plus)
Experience with plows, salters, skid steers, or snow blowers preferred
Smartphone required (for apps, routing, and communication)
