Skilled Laborer

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Skilled Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
  
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
  
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to complete tasks accurately.
  
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  
• Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
  
• Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
  

Pay determined by experience . Required to be able to travel around island for different Projects.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS FOR BASIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is required.
  
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
  
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship on all tasks performed.
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work
  

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
