• MUST HAVE UNARMED PILB GUARD CARD
  
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
  
• MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS OF SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE IN A HOA/GATED COMMUNITY
  
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN USING GATEHOUSE SOFTWARE
  
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  
• EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  
• ABILITY TO WRITE, READ AND UNDERSTAND REPORTS
  
• ABILITY TO CLEAR DRUG (URINE) AND BACKGROUND CHECK
  
• MUST NOT HAVE ANY VISIBLE PIERCING/GAUGES OR TATTOOS & NO BEARDS
  
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
