Site Manager (Part-Time)

• Schedule: Primarily weekdays with some evening or weekend availability as needed

• Leading and overseeing operations at assigned sites
  
• Performing minor maintenance and repair duties
  
• Handling client and tenant requests professionally
  
• Conducting routine safety inspections and upholding quality standards
  
• Representing IFSH during site activities and community interactions
  
• Coordinating with vendors and outside service providers
  
• Tracking site-related expenses and supporting budget planning
  
• Enforcing safety and company operational procedures
  
• Preparing reports and maintaining organized records
  
• Acting as the main contact for clients and on-site personnel
  

• Must be 18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Must pass background check and drug screening
  
• Dependable, flexible, and a team player
  

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  
• Familiarity with facility or operations management
  
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar platforms
  
• Background in customer service, maintenance, or hospitality
  
• Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, custodial, electrical, or plumbing) is a plus
