Site Manager - WWT to join our industry leading Nalco Water team. If you are a passionate technical professional that enjoys interacting with customers and likes to work in an autonomous, hands-on environment, we invite you to apply!You will be joining a talented team that monitors the operations of the wastewater facility at an automotive manufacturing site. In this position you will provide customers with problem solving support, generating a high level of customer satisfaction.
Directly supervises employees in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The total Compensation range for this position is $79,000-$118,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
