Site Manager- Blount Island

V2X is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support operations at Marine Corps Support Facility - Blount Island (MCSF-BI). The Site Manager will act with full authority on all contract matters relating specifically to the MCSF-BI site. This role requires onsite presence during Government working hours and availability within one hour outside of regular hours. This position will also serve as the Deputy Program Manager and will play a critical leadership role in overseeing day-to-day performance, coordination with Government stakeholders, and ensuring contract compliance. This role carries dual responsibility, acting as the Deputy PM and directly managing day-to-day MCSF-BI site operations.

This position is contingent upon contract award. This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

Responsibilities:

Major Job Activities:* Serve as the Contractor’s primary on-site representative for all MCSF-BI contractual matters

• Act with full authority on behalf of the company for site-specific requirements
  
• Be present on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours
  
• Oversee site operations, personnel, and daily task execution to ensure full contract compliance
  
• Coordinate closely with Government representatives and subcontractors to ensure expectations are met
  
• Support the Program Manager in contract-wide oversight and performance reporting
  
• Maintain workforce readiness and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and mission execution
  
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, and performance at the site level
  

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:* 10+ years of experience managing operations or contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity

• Demonstrated leadership in managing organized, multi-functional workforces
  
• Strong background with fixed-price contract execution and site-level operational control
  
• Ability to coordinate across departments and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Must not concurrently serve in roles including Project Manager, Quality Manager, Safety Officer, Environmental/Energy Manager, Facilities Manager, HVAC Supervisor, Transportation Manager, Utilities Supervisor, or Hazardous Material Coordinator
  

Clearance Requirement:

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  

Experience / Skills:* Prior U.S. Marine Corps experience in base operations or equipment maintenance

• Experience supporting USMC or DoD facilities and mission-critical operations
  
• Previous experience serving as a Deputy Program Manager or in a similar leadership support role
  
• Working knowledge of DoD maintenance and facilities systems and protocols
