We are currently seeking individuals who know how to operate site equipment such as skid steers, dozers, mini-ex's, trucks, track hoes, and the like. We are a General Contractor who is performing our own site work. This individual also needs managerial experience in working with computers (Microsoft package such as Outlook, Xcel and Word) and ability to learn Procore and be able to load daily pictures and prepare your daily reports. This candidate must also be able to read and interpret blue prints and have god communication skills in both working with their employees and in working with the on site General Superintendent.
Proven ability of resolving conflicts and plan issues and providing good solutions is required. This individual must be able to stand on their own and represent our Company in the best light possible, must be able to carry a bag of concrete mix, must be able to have the stamina to walk and inspect the site while also operating your equipment and directing others.
Currently, most jobs are in Tennessee and Georgia; but we work throughout the Southeast in states like Alabama, North/South Carolina, Florida and Kentucky. So travel may be required for this position.
