We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be capable of executing installation tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations.
- Perform installations of various materials and structures, including roofing, siding, and Metal.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for construction tasks.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and material needs.
- Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on installation tasks.
- Familiarity with roofing systems, tile laying, plumbing, welding, and restoration techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform maintenance person tasks efficiently as needed during projects.
