We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle. The Shuttle Driver will also assist with heavy lifting as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient transit experience for all passengers.
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide timely transportation services for passengers, including pick-up and drop-off at specified locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, performing regular inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their journey.
- Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or equipment as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Document any incidents or issues that arise during transport and report them to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient routing and scheduling of shuttle services.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job duties.
