Showroom Coordinator

Accent Window Fashions is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as our Showroom Coordinator.

As the bridge between our salespeople and our clients the Showroom Coordinator plays a pivotal role in keeping things running smoothly. Demonstrating self-discipline, very detail oriented, strong organizational skills, time management excellence and a highly effective communication style are at the heart of this role at Accent Window Fashions. Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients to the showroom, ensuring a positive first impression.
  
• Manage incoming inquiries through calls, web submissions, messages, and foot traffic, converting them into show room or in-home consultations.
  
• Become an expert in the world of window fashions through our training program and by proactively utilizing tools and opportunities for independent learning.
  
• Listen and ask questions to determine client needs and preferences. Educate clients on our product offerings, assisting them in finding optimal window treatment solutions for their lifestyle and home.
  
• Utilize technology to streamline daily processes - proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other software tools. Canva and/or Brevo experience a PLUS!
  
• Manage displays, product samples, sales materials, and the showroom ensuring a clean, welcoming environment with all tools ready to use to assist clients.
  
• Communicate order updates, repairs, and service issues to clients promptly.
  
• Track projects, schedule installations, and coordinate with clients effectively.
  
• Ensure adherence to our company processes and support brand guidelines.
  
• Provide constructive feedback to salespeople and other team members that align with company and personal goals.
  
• Keep the showroom neat and organized.
  

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow independently.
  
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a big-picture mentality, understanding your integral role within an exceptional team!
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, coupled with adaptable critical thinking skills.
  
• Self-awareness and the capacity to collaborate effectively with others, be coach-able, open to learning new skills and/or ways of doing things.
  
• Technologically savvy, proficiency with computer, iPad, and smart technology systems as well as software systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Canva and/or Brevo and social media experience is a PLUS!
  
• Enjoy finding solutions to problems.

Schedule: Full-time position (36 - 40 per week) with some required Saturday availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
