• Master Negotiator: Champion your clients' interests by negotiating winning offers for both buyers and sellers.
  
• Stay Organized, Stay Ahead: Utilize PLACE Technology to efficiently track tasks and appointments, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  
• Showcase Expertise: Host two open houses monthly, generating excitement for properties and converting potential buyers.
  
• Prospecting Powerhouse: Actively convert your lead generation efforts into qualified appointments, expanding your client base.
