Encore’s continued success and growth has created a need for a

Shop Technician working in our fire suppression division of our Parsippany, NJ warehouse.

We pride ourselves on providing our employees with opportunity for growth and advancement. Successful individuals in this position have used this as an entry point to a career as a field technician or in our office as part of the operations team.

Duties include:* Servicing, repairing and maintaining the portable fire equipment and extinguishers

• Learning and understanding systems testing and inspections
  
• Ability to identify code and non-code conformance issues
  
• Maintain inventory databases using Excel
  
• Pulling and preparing orders for delivery to job sites
  
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
  
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
  
• Assist Drivers with deliveries as needed
