- Sign Weld/Fab equipment and tooling in/out.
- Assist crews with locating and loading materials.
- Stock, organize, label and replenish inventory as needed.
- Restock unused materials and equipment daily.
- Ensure common areas and storage areas are clean, safe, fully functioning and orderly
- Assist with pulling and staging materials / Equipment needed for upcoming jobs
- Train incoming shop staff
- Ensure successful completion of shop projects.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Knowledge of fabrication trade materials, industry equipment, and tools
- Manage steel stock, structural, plate and sheet. Put together a stock order once a week or as needed.
- Prior shipping and receiving/warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with all personality types.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction.
- Self-directed and can work independently.
- Attention to detail.
