North Las Vegas is looking for a motivated, reliable Shift Lead to help manage day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. If you're passionate about pizza and people, this is your chance to grow with a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate team members during assigned shifts
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
- Handle opening/closing duties, cash management, and shift reports
- Train and coach new team members
- Jump in where needed-make pizzas, take orders, run the register, or help clean
- Ensure a smooth, efficient shift while promoting a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card (Southern Nevada Health District)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
