We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team at Mountain West Industrial. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our projects across the nation.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
- Operate CNC machines and other metalworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various metalworking tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role in industrial construction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in CNC operations.
- Familiarity with hand tools, milling machines, and quality inspection processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience operating cranes and forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
