Hours: Open 7 days a week | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $19-$23/hour + generous tips
Expected Hours: 8 - 30 per week

Dew Head Spa offers a high-end Japanese-style head spa experience designed for ultimate relaxation and scalp rejuvenation. We provide a serene, luxurious escape for our clients and a professional, growth-oriented environment for our team. We are currently seeking a Shampoo Specialist who excels not just in their hands-on skills, but also in

admin responsibilities and social media presence.

This isn’t just about shampooing -

this is a hybrid role that blends technical skill, client management, and digital presence. You’ll be expected to:

• Provide exceptional scalp treatments
  
• Assist with client communication and front-end scheduling
  
• Represent Dew online through consistent, quality content
  
• Build your own local following to drive bookings and maximize tips
  

Social media is a requirement, not a bonus. If you are not comfortable creating and posting content regularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, this position will not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform relaxing and effective shampoo, scalp massage, and conditioning treatments
  
• Maintain a clean and organized spa and treatment area
  
• Use and recommend luxury hair care products
  
• Support admin duties such as appointment booking and client communication
  
• Answer texts/calls during your shift window.
  
• Consistently create and share engaging content (reels, behind-the-scenes, etc.) for both Dew's business page and your personal page
  
• Stay engaged with the local community through social platforms to boost visibility
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed esthetician, licensed cosmetologist, or at least 1 year of professional shampooing/scalp care experience.
  
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
  
• Confidence in creating content and being active on social media
  
• Comfortable working Saturdays (required)
  
• Lives in or near Cumming, GA
  
• Responsible, organized, and enthusiastic about spa culture and growth
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19-$23/hour + tips (generous tips)

Schedule Expectations:

• Saturdays are required
  
• Tuesdays, and/or Wednesdays preferred
  
• Up to 30 hours/week depending on performance and bookings
