This position offers a company vehicle and from home and goes to the Ogden office as needed.. This is a Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am -7:00pm schedule.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise
- Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops
- Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops
- Restore services due to unpredictable events
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Locate underground facilities
- Provide backup to install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
- Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
- Previous experience troubleshooting
- Valid driver�s license and a good driving record
THIS IS A TUESDAY-SATURDAY 10:30:00AM-7:00PM SHIFT.
