Cambridge is seeking a

Service Technician to support our innovative S-Series and V-Series product lines. This role is ideal for a driven and customer-focused professional who thrives on troubleshooting, building relationships, and making a real-world impact through technical support.


What You'll Do


As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in the performance and reliability of our HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering phone-based technical support for S-Series and V-Series equipment
  • Logging detailed customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM platform
  • Collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve product issues and improve quality
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of contractor and customer training materials
  • Supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Traveling (up to 50%) to customer sites for diagnostics, training, and field support
  • Representing Cambridge�s core values and commitment to excellence in every interaction


Requirements:

What You'll Bring:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or HVAC-related field
  • Background in technical product support within HVAC or similar mechanical systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and remote problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate recordkeeping
